• Our friends at Benztown, who continue to insist they only read Playboy for the articles, have assembled a nice audio tribute to the legendary Hugh Hefner, the founder of Playboy, who died Wednesday at the age of 91.


• Country superstar Kenny Chesney is co-hosting the Westwood One-syndicated Country Countdown USA with Lon Helton this weekend (9/30-10/1).

Kenny and Lon will discuss Kenny’s ​”Love For Love City Fund,” which was set up to help the residents of the U.S. Virgin Islands, which were hard hit by Hurricane Irma. On a lighter note, Kenny will also chat bout his recent shows at Gillette Stadium near Boston, his current Top 5 hit, “All The Pretty Girls” and his forthcoming album, Live In No Shoes Nation.


Superadio Networks announced an affiliation and sales agreement with Marvin Sapp’s Praise Place, LLC to syndicate The Marvin Sapp Radio Show, a two-hour weekly program spotlighting the best in Inspirational and Gospel music, hosted by Grammy-nominated Gospel artist Marvin Sapp. All affiliate and national ad sales will be handled by Superadio and American Urban Radio Networks (AURN).
