Cushman Changes Carolinas

• It’s gratifying see veteran programmer Jeff Cushman leap off the bench and jump right back into the game with Saga’s Charleston Radio Group as the new PD of Adult Hits WAVF (101.7 Chuck FM)/Charleston, SC. He replaces Bryan Taylor, who exited the station earlier this fall.

Cushman migrates from that “other Carolina” directly to the north, where he spent the past six years as PD/afternoon talent on iHeartMedia AC WMAG/Greensboro until April 2016. Before that he enjoyed a nine-year run with CBS Radio Orlando as PD of Hot AC WOMX (Mix 105.1)/Orlando and Classic Hits WOCL (Sunny 105.9). Before that he programmed the former WKSI (98.7 The Point)/Greensboro.
