KSFM Programming Dept.
• Entercom Rhythmic KSFM/Sacramento announced multiple changes in its own programming department, starting with the elevation of longtime APD Randy Fox (left) to the loftier position of Acting PD. He succeeds Chad Rufer, who transitioned over to Bonneville as Group Director of Programming for KZZO, KNCI, KYMX and KHTK/Sacramento after the CBS Radio/Entercom merger.
Next, KSFM afternoon personality Short-E relinquishes his MD stripes and has assumed the newly created position of Talent Acquisition Coordinator for the station’s large annual concert events. KSFM midday personality Bre absorbs MD duties while morning personality Tony Tecate has been named Acting APD.
Fox, who has been with KSFM since 2001, told RAMP, “It’s an honor to continue working with such a awesome team at KSFM and I look forward to the future here at Entercom Sacramento.”
