Big D Takes The Bull By The Horns

• Congrats to Wayne “Big D” Danielson, who gets the big bump up into the Aeron PD chair at iHeartMedia Country KWNR (95.5 The Bull)/Las Vegas. Danielson reports to Tony Matteo, Regional SVP for iHeartMedia Central California/Nevada, who remarked, “Big D has been a part of the fabric of the Bull brand in Vegas in many roles over the years and we’re excited that he’ll now be leading the station as Program Director. No one knows this station, this city and this audience better than Big D.”

Danielson joined 95.5 The Bull as MD/afternoon personality in August 2016, crossing the hall from the former KPLV (93.1 The Party), now Adult Hits KYMT (93.1 The Mountain). Before earning the big transfer to Vegas, Danielson did nights on sister KDWB/Minneapolis, and he began his career at KCLD/St. Cloud, MN.
