Laster Upped @ Sony Music Nashville

• Sony Music Nashville has promoted Olivia Laster to Associate Director, Promotion and Artist Development. Laster reports to Steve Hodges, EVP of Promotion and Artist Development, Sony Music Nashville, who said, “Olivia exudes the necessary forward thinking and adaptation to today’s vibrant, changing, and exhilarating marketplace. She will be a key part of developing strategic plans to help ensure successful results for all Sony Music Nashville. I could not be more excited to announce that she’s coming back to join the amazing team at SMN!”

Prior to accepting this promotion, Laster was a Promotion Specialist for Arista Nashville, working on artist projects for Tim McGraw & Faith Hill, Brad Paisley, LANCO and Seth Ennis, among others. She also aided in the facilitation of brand partnerships with Sarah Cannon’s Band Against Cancer, Sandals Resorts and Hard Rock Hotels, as well as the incorporation of radio promotion into various label departments’ strategies.
