• How cool is this? Xavier “The X-Man,” midday king on Local Media San Diego Rhythmic AC XHRM (Magic 92.5)/San Diego was presented with his own official street sign from National City, CA in recognition of his 15+ years of serving the National City and San Diego community.
The “real” street sign was presented on stage to Xavier (right) this weekend during his 16th Annual Cruise for the Cause car show at SDCCU Stadium (the former home of the San Diego Chargers). Created and produced by Xavier, Cruise for the Cause has become one of Southern California’s biggest car shows, with proceeds helping kids with cancer. This year’s show featured over 500 cars and had an estimated attendance of nearly 15,000 people!
After the show, Xavier commented, “We all helped raise a ton of money and at the same time increased blood donations and bone marrow registrants. I’ve been a part of car show events my entire life radio career and simply want to say that I work with the best radio team in the world!”

To think, he single-handedly created this car show, by himself, 16 years ago in the parking lot of a small strip mall, and today, he’s hosting the show at SDCCU Stadium.
