Programming Sparx Fly

• There was some delicious promotion cake served in the lobby of Townsquare Country KUAD (K99)/Ft. Collins, CO Wednesday to celebrate the programming department upgrade of afternoon delight Matt Sparx, who has been promoted to Asst. Brand Manager and MD. He will continue to drive you home weekday afternoons.

The MD stripes had belonged to K99 morning personality (and Country Radio Hall of Famer) Brian Gary, who will remain involved in the K99 music meetings.

Sparx is a Colorado native who arrived at KUAD in 2015, coming from nights at Alpha Media Country KUPL (98.7 The Bull)/Portland. Sparx previously spent three years doing nights at Cox Media Top 40 WAPE/Jacksonville. His earlier stops include WFLZ & WXTB (98 Rock)/Tampa and KDUK/Eugene, OR, to name a few.
