Bay Area Wakes Up With ‘Elvis & DK’

• Bay Area radio pro Elvis has been flying solo in mornings at Entercom Alternative KITS (ALT 105.3)/San Francisco since the end of May, but we are happy to report that a killer co-host has at last been located — stay tuned for the official announcement, but for now, please unofficially welcome radio pro Daena “DK” Kramer, who is inked as half of the new Elvis & DK morning show.

Ms. Kramer (left) was most recently General Sales Manager of Alpha Media Classic Hits KBAY and Hot AC KEZR (Mix 106) in nearby San Jose, but she’s best known and loved as the “DK” portion of the long-running Dave, Mahoney & DK morning show, which ran for seven successful years at CBS Radio Alternative KXTE (X107.5)/Las Vegas and later migrated to Hot AC sister KHMX (Mix 96.5)/Houston until December 2016. Kramer left the show before it returned to KXTE/Las Vegas in February 2017.  Elvis & DK debuts next Monday, October 15.
