Haynes Johns On The Loose

• After 13+ years as OM/PD and afternoon drive personality at Alpha Media suburban Chicago Hot AC, WXLC/Waukegan, IL, Haynes Johns has amicably exited the building.

Not exactly your classic job-hopper, Johns previously spent 6 1/2 years as APD/MD and afternoon drive host at Bonneville’s WNND/Chicago. His earlier stints included APD/MD/afternoons at WNNK/Cincinnati, mornings at WMMX/Dayton, OH and he was PD/mornings at WYYN/Jackson, MS. Johns got his radio start and learned his craft at various stations in his native Little Rock, AR.
