OM Rich Bailey is now looking for a replacement who can answer “yes” to the following questions: 1) Can you go up against a Country Giant and win? 2) Do you know Country Music? 3) Knoxville? 4) Do you have a track record of winning in programming?

Candidates: you should be creative, a strategic thinker, possess leadership skills, have strong on-air work and be a problem-solver with the ability to connect to a young adult audience while being local-centric. You must understand social media and effectively promote on social media platforms and have the ability to coach and motivate talent. Candidates should be fluent in MusicMaster, digital editing and other office applications.
