No Charge For No Charger Tattoo

No RagretsThousands of diehard San Diego Chargers fans have been deeply hurt by the team’s recent decision to move to Los Angeles. A lot of those fans proudly showed their allegiance to their now-former team by getting Charger tattoos… yeah, well, those folks are now caught up in a dilemma — leave the ink as-is and live with a reminder of what once was, or become pro-active and alter or remove the image.

Coming to the rescue — Jagger & Kristi in the Morning on Local Media San Diego Rhythmic AC XHRM (Magic 92.5), who are teaming up Goodlife Tattoo Parlor in beautiful downtown El Cajon to help one fan that really wants to remove or modify their Charger tattoo. Tha Kuya of Goodlife Tattoo Parlor will select one tattoo for a free cover-up or modification. “We understand the emotional attachment that comes with tattoos, so we would like to help that one Chargers fan get past the hurt,” said Kuya. “It’s not about letting go of the great memories; it’s about moving forward with no regrets!” Interested candidates are encouraged to take a picture of their ink and submit it on Magic 92.5’s Facebook page.

Kristi remarked, “Tattoos are so personal and emotional. When we heard about the idea from Goodlife Tattoo Parlor, we thought it might be worthwhile to check in with our listeners on how they are feeling about their Chargers tattoos.” Jagger said, “Some people have fond memories of their Chargers tattoos and want to keep them. We get that. Others want them modified, and Kuya can do that!” The winner will be selected today, and the repair work will be performed tomorrow at Goodlife Tattoo Parlor. The new tattoo will be unveiled Friday with Jagger & Kristi in the Morning.
