Burton To Run Beasley Las Vegas

• Beasley Media Group has named veteran media executive Peter Burton as the new Vice President and Market Manager of the company’s Las Vegas cluster. He succeeds Dennis Gwiazdon, who exits.

Burton was most recently the Chief Operating Officer at Converze Media in Huntington Beach, CA. Before that, Burton spent nine years as VP/GM of Entercom Communications in Los Angeles, which once included the late, great KSWD (100.3 The Sound). He previously served as Director of Sales and General Sales Manager for Lincoln Financial Media in San Diego. Burton’s prior experience includes a 12-year stint in the rep firm business with Katz and CBS that culminated with his appointment as VP/GSM at Sentry Radio Sales in New York City.
