Tim Hurley Joins Go Country 105/L.A.

• Michael Levine, PD of Mt. Wilson Broadcasters’ KKGO (Go Country 105)/Los Angeles is pleased to announce that local singer-songwriter Tim Hurley will be joining Mornings with Angie, plugging in across from host Angie Fitzsimmons weekdays from 6-10am, beginning Monday, July 1.

Hurley, originally from Rhode Island, now lives in Playa del Rey, CA and was discovered singing karaoke at a local bar in 2014. Just two months later he was performing onstage for the first time, opening for John Michael Montgomery at Fort Bliss in El Paso, TX. He and his band have since opened for Kane Brown, Joe Nichols, Frankie Ballard, Morgan Wallen, Rodney Atkins, Craig Campbell, Maddie and Tae and Lindsay Ell.

“I could not be more excited, humbled and honored to join the Go Country team!” said Hurley, who will continue to perform. “I’ve been a longtime listener and know that I have some big shoes to fill, but I look forward to joining Angie and spending my mornings with the country music family in Southern California!”
