Candidates should possess big-picture mastery of ’70s, ’80s and ’90s pop hits contemporized to a 2020 presentation; conduct weekly one-on-one coaching of high-profile air talent and schedule music. You should also have boundless creative energy manifested in powerfully persuasive writing skills, and exhibit savvy in the use of digital platforms.
