• Entercom Alternative KBZT (ALT 94/9)/San Diego is officially searching for the best morning drive show or talent on the planet. Last week, we reported that the station parted ways with previous morning duo Dana DiDonato and Jayson Prim.

Whether you are currently working in a format that isn’t you, or you are just tired of shoveling snow in January, this could be the opportunity for you. To land this position you must live, breathe and survive on every facet of Alternative music and lifestyle. You must have a minimum of 3-5 years of fulltime on-air experience, be knowledgeable in digital content creation, and very active on a wide variety of social media platforms every day.

You will be expected to wake up before the sun comes up and occasionally NOT go to bed before it comes up again. You must be driven and believe that the 40+ hours you spend within the walls of the radio station should be met with an additional 40+ hours spent being part of the community in San Diego. If you are creative, compelling, talented, professional, energetic, understand how to deliver great stories and connect to an audience in a radio/PPM environment — we want to hear from you.

Knowledge of PromoSuite/vCreative, Wide Orbit preferred; prior programming and imaging skills are a plus, but not necessary.
