Vegas Be Jammin’ On Saturday!
• Beasley Urban AC KOAS (Jammin’ 105.7)/Las Vegas has rescheduled and reimagined tomorrow’s free Jam-Athon as an online virtual event beginning at 5pm on Saturday, May 23.
Artists scheduled to perform include: En Vogue’s Maxine Jones, CeCe Peniston, Lisa Lisa, Pastor Donnie McClurkin, Dru Hill’s Sisqo, Tony Terry, Shanice Wilson, Az Yet’s Marc Nelson, Tierra, Gary “Lil G” Jenkins, DJ Kool, and Troop’s Jon Jon. Also appearing: Keith Sweat, Rob Base and Cameo’s Larry Blackmon.
The free event will also feature a stellar lineup of comedians, including Vegas legend George Wallace, Nephew Tommy & J. Anthony Brown from The Steve Harvey Morning Show, former Rap City host Chris Thomas and L.A.’s Jammin’ Jay Lamont. Did we mention that the show is free?
“During this COVID-19 pandemic, we knew Jammin’ 105.7 had to do something for our community,” said Jammin’ 105.7 PD/midday personality Paco Lopez, who will emcee the show with afternoon talent DJ Thump and other Beasley Las Vegas jocks. “We reached out to our celebrity friends, who felt the same way — and Jam-AThon was born!”
