PD Opportunity, Scenic Central PA
• 7 Mountains Media is searching for the last piece of the puzzle in the beautiful Susquehanna Valley in Central PA. We are looking for an Operations Manager that can continue to elevate the top performing stations in the market to that mythical next level. We need a strong, decisive leader with excellent communication skills who can bring a positive and energetic attitude to work every day; someone who can motivate others by both their words and actions.
As OM you will lead our local Program Directors, working in conjunction with Chief Programming Officer JC Burton to help guide the vision of our stations in the Susquehanna Valley. You will work closely with the local Market Manager to create revenue opportunities around programming initiatives. You will also be responsible for daily music scheduling of one of our formats and as well as a daily airshift. Prior experience in Country and Classic Hits formats is preferred.
