McKay Named PD of WSTW/Wilmington

• Veteran programmer and air talent Dave McKay has been named as the new PD and midday personality at Forever Media Hot AC WSTW/Wilmington, DE. He succeeds longtime WSTW fixture Mike Rossi, who exited at the end of 2020 after more than 30 years in the building.

Hey, and speaking of longtime fixtures… McKay famously spent the better part of the past three decades with heritage Top 40 WPST/Trenton, NJ, the last 24 years as PD/MD, rolling through multiple ownership changes — Nassau Broadcasting, Connoisseur Media, and, as of 2018, Townsquare Media. McKay was also the co-host of the Chris & The Crew morning show, helmed by Chris Rollins.
