PD Opening: Jammin’ 105.7/Las Vegas

• Beasley Media Group Urban AC KOAS (Jammin’ 105.7)/Las Vegas is actively seeking a Program Director. This candidate must be well-organized, strong-willed, and an independent thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment for the cluster. Operations Manager stripes could be included in the responsibilities if the right person with the right experience presents itself. Successful PPM experience in this format is a must.

Qualifications: A minimum of 7 years of experience as a PD, MD or APD in a PPM market; a proven proficiency with RCS Selector, Adobe Audition, PPM Analysis Tool and all social media platforms; experience with Wide Orbit, PD Advantage and Media Monitors is preferred; a team player who is willing to work closely with other program directors, sales, promotions, engineering, consultants, and the corporate management team; and references from former (or current) teammates who can attest to all of the above.
