Sunny, 100% Chance Of Dino & Stacy
• After a three-year hiatus to pursue various creative endeavors, Dino Tripodis makes his triumphant return to Saga’s Columbus Radio Group (CRG) and AC WSNY (Sunny 95)/Columbus, OH as co-host of Sunny This Morning. He succeeds Bobby Mitchell, who left last month. Dino’s return means a tearful reunion with his former longtime co-host Stacy McKay, who originally sat across from him from 1994 to 2007 and again from 2010 to 2018.
Tripodis famously spent 24 years with Sunny before departing in June 2018 to work on several intriguing film and video projects through his Never The Luck Productions, along with his “Whiskey Business” (get it?) podcast.
“I’m thrilled to be back doing what I’ve always loved to do, alongside the people I love doing it with,” said Tripodis, adding, “When I left, I thought I was ready and felt good about it… Yeah, I was wrong… I’m not done.” His co-host McKay remarked, “I am beyond excited to have our ‘band’ back together and look forward to writing a new chapter in an amazing adventure!”
