Emmis Indy Announces Programming Moves

• Emmis Communications Indianapolis announced a series of programming promotions and changes in responsibilities involving Sports-Talk 93.5 & 107.5 The Fan (WIBC-HD2/W228CX/W298BB) and News-Talk 93.1 WIBC.

These changes start with David Wood (left), VP of Programming for Emmis Indianapolis, who now annexes programming responsibilities for both The Fan and WIBC-FM. Wood, who previously programmed The Fan from 2010-2013, succeeds current Fan PD Jeff Rickard, who earlier this month was named Brand Manager of Audacy Sports-Talk WEEI/Boston.

Rounding out the changes, Todd Meyer (center) has been promoted from Executive Producer to APD of The Fan, while WIBC APD Matt Hibbeln (right) retains his existing title while assuming additional programming responsibilities.
