Now Entering Monticello: Chase Daniels
• Upstate New York radio vet Chase Daniels has accepted a new gig at PD/afternoon driver at Bold Gold Media Group Hot AC 98-3 WSUL/Monticello, NY.
When making the official announcement, GM Dawn Ciorciari said, “We are so excited to welcome Chase to the Bold Gold Media Group Family. His experience and skills will surely enhance the community programming that we offer in Sullivan and the Catskills in the New York market.”
Daniels most recently programmed iHeartMedia Country WRWD, Top 40 WPKF and Classic Rock WBWZ//Poughkeepsie, NY until last November’s large-scale pandemic-related RIF. Previous stops: Binghamton and Utica, NY, as well as a stint as APD of Top 40 WNKI (Wink 106)/Elmira, NY and he worked for Saga Ithaca, NY as Assistant OM of the cluster and APD/MD of Country WQNY (Q103.7).
Commenting on his new gig, Daniels said, “I’m kicking off my venture with some behind-the-scenes work and will be starting on air mid-next month.
