Madani Named PD of KZZP & KMXP/Phoenix

• iHeartMedia Phoenix has promoted Rameen Madani to Program Director of heritage Top 40 KZZP (104.7 Kiss FM) and Hot AC KMXP (Mix 96.9).

Madani (left) reports to Steve Geofferies, Regional SVP of Programming for iHeartMedia Phoenix, who explained, “Rameen has been our Assistant Program Director for 104.7 Kiss FM and Mix 96.9 for four years, and he’s earned the opportunity for this promotion. He’s been behind the scenes making it all happen and we’re excited to see him move to the next step in his career.”

Madani joined iHeartMedia Phoenix in April 2018 as APD of of Kiss FM and Mix. Prior to his move to Phoenix, Rameen worked for iHeartMedia Tucson as Digital Content Coordinator and APD/MD for Top 40 KRQQ and PD of Hot AC KMIY (My 92.9). He started his radio career as Digital Director for iHeartMedia Colorado Springs & Pueblo.
