Now, nearly 25 years later, Otis Day (pictured), who currently serves as WIXX APD/MD and midday personality, has decided to step away from the limelight and change careers. Jeff McCarthy, Midwest Communications’ VP of Programming remembers the day Otis began, telling RAMP, “From day one, Otis made us laugh.
