Audacy Acquiring WAMO/Pittsburgh

• Audacy announced an agreement to acquire heritage Urban WAMO-AM 660/Pittsburgh and its intellectual property from Martz Communications Group. In connection with the agreement, Audacy will provide programming to WAMO and its FM translator W297BU at 107.3, pursuant to an LMA that begins April 4.

WAMO is Pittsburgh’s home for hip-hop and the only Urban station in the market, with a long heritage of super-serving the African American community.
