Vaughn Upped To VP, Media @ Republic
• Republic Records has promoted Taylor Vaughn to Vice President, Media. The announcement was made by Joe Carozza, Republic EVP of Media and Artist Relations, who said, “I’ve worked with Taylor for over a decade, and she’s been beyond impressive from day one. Her passion for music is unparalleled. It’s a big catalyst for her success as a publicist as she wears her love for every artist on her sleeve.”
In her current capacity, the Los Angeles-based Vaughn envisions and enacts 360-degree media and publicity campaigns for a diverse roster of artists that includes Glass Animals, BoyWithUke, Conan Gray, James Bay, Lord Huron, BENEE, Stephen Sanchez, and Greta Van Fleet as well as legendary acts like Pearl Jam, Eddie Vedder, John Mellencamp, and Jack Johnson.
Vaughn remarked, “Our entire department gets excited about all of the new music we’re working on. I’m grateful to be part of a team that really lives and breathes entertainment culture and enjoys it. Prior to joining Republic Records in 2014, Vaughn spent three years at Epic Records. She’s a graduate of James Madison University and notably serves on the Republic Records Action Committee (R2AC)and is a mentor for She Is The Music.
