Steve McKay On The Loose
• Veteran programmer & air talent Steve McKay has exited the PD post at Cumulus AC WTCB (B106.7) and Classic Hits WOMG/Columbia, SC after a four-year run. McKay was also doing afternoon drive on B106.7. McKay had transferred to Columbia in August 2018 after a year as PD of Cumulus AC/Classic Rock combo WGNI & WKXS (94.5 The Hawk)/Wilmington, NC.
McKay’s extensive programming resume includes successful stops at WPTE/Norfolk, WBHT/Wilkes Barre-Scranton, PA, and the former WEJM (Jammin’ Gold)/Philadelphia. He has also been on-air at Beasley’s heritage Jersey Shore Classic Hits station, 100.1 WJRZ.
