• Mid-West Family of Southwest Michigan, proudly serving the St. Joseph-Benton Harbor area is looking to add an Assistant Director of Content and Programming who will have oversight of content and programming on a variety of digital and broadcast brands.
You will be based in our Benton Harbor office and work with the team to grow our brands through your special style of leadership, coaching, mentoring and accountability. Our goal is for you to eventually become the Director of Content.
The position is full-time (in-office) with a very competitive compensation package including bonus and benefits, medical and 401k. You must be ready to learn/train content generation, social media management, video, podcasting, and music management using Mediabase and Music Master. Data management expertise is a real plus. Ideally you have at least three years’ experience, have worked morning or afternoon drive, and love creating all forms of relevant content.
