Gilliland Circles Back To Skyview

• Veteran news anchor and award-winning journalist, John Gilliland has returned to Skyview Networks as Managing Editor for Arizona News Radio and California Headline News. He will also serve as afternoon anchor for California Headline News. Gilliland will succeed Steve Clawson, who passed away in May.

This is familiar turf for Gilliland, who previously served in this position for nearly 13 years, followed by five years working for the state government with the Arizona Lottery.

In a statement, Skyview said, “In his time working in journalism, John has gained tremendous experience traveling the country covering breaking news and politics, and we are very proud that he will be bringing his many decades of news reporting back to Skyview.
