Interscope Awards EVP Marketing Upgrades
• Interscope Geffen A&M has promoted four key marketing executives to EVP — (left to right): Ramon Alvarez-Smikle has been elevated to Executive Vice President/Head Digital Marketing, Laura Carter has been promoted to Executive Vice President/Head of Urban Marketing, Chris Mortimer has been promoted to Executive Vice President/Head of Digital Marketing, and Daniel Sena has been upped to Executive Vice President/Head of Strategic Marketing at the label.
Alvarez-Smikle most recently served as SVP, Head of Urban Digital Marketing at Interscope. In this new role he will continue to oversee digital marketing efforts across all of Interscope’s roster of hip-hop and R&B artists. Carter most recently served as SVP, Head of Urban Marketing at Interscope Records. In this new role she will continue to oversee marketing across Interscope’s roster of hip-hop and R&B artists.
Mortimer most recently served as SVP, Head of Digital Marketing at Interscope. In his new role he will continue to oversee digital marketing campaigns for Interscope’s pop and rock artist roster. Sena most recently served as SVP, Head of Strategic Marketing at Interscope. In his new role he will continue to oversee brand partnerships across Interscope’s diverse group of artists.
