Chris Frank Joins KSHE Morning Show
• After two decades, give or take… In De Goot Entertainment VP of Promotion Chris Frank is making his triumphant return to radio, as he joins Hubbard Classic Rock KSHE95/St. Louis as co-host of The A.D. Show, opposite morning host A.D. Rowntree. And yes, he will retain his day job with the artist management company.
Frank began his radio career across the proverbial hall at Alternative sister KPNT (105.7 The Point) from 1997-2001, working on-air and in promotions before moving into music promotion/artist management.
In making the announcement of Frank’s hire, Marty Linck, Brand Manager of KSHE & WARH, said, “Chris has a wealth of experience in the radio and music industries, and he will bring great music knowledge and storytelling to the KSHE airwaves. Together, I believe A.D. and Chris will entertain the masses here for many years to come.”
Frank remarked, “A sincere thank you to Marty Linck, [OM] Tommy Mattern, [VP/Market Manager] John Kijowski & everyone at Hubbard involved in making this happen. I am truly over the moon to be part of TWO amazing brands — an amazing management company like In De Goot, and the longest-running rock radio station on the planet (no, really…) like KSHE, is amazing.”
Frank succeeds market legend John “U-Man” Ulett, who earlier this year dialed back his day-to-day involvement after nearly five decades of service with KSHE95.
