Mix 96.5/Tulsa Welcomes ‘Tad, Drex & Kara’

• Cox Media Group (CMG) announces the addition of the Tad, Drex & Kara show to mornings on Hot AC KRAV (Mix 96.5)/Tulsa. The show, which features radio vets Tad Lemire, Drex Rener, and Kara Wilson, is based at AC sister WSB-FM (B98.5)/Atlanta, and airs weekdays from 6-10am.

The launch marks a Tulsa radio homecoming for Tad Lemire, who previously hosted a show on Mix 96.5 from 2013 to 2014. “This city has always been so kind to me,” Lemire recalls. “The first thing I noticed was the festivals happening on any given weekend. Tulsa is one of the greatest cities in America.”

Tad, Drex & Kara succeeds KC Lupp, who exited last month after eight years.
