KS107.5/Denver Leans Into Throwbacks

• Audacy Rhythmic KQKS (KS107.5)/Denver announced a major shift music strategy — As PD DJ Buck reports, “Starting today at 1pm we’re throwing in more of The Throwbacks! The stars that helped build the legacy of KS, like Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, DMX, and more, will once again take center stage on the radio station.” Reflecting this musical adjustment, the station’s new slogan is “Denver’s #1 For Throwbacks & Today.”

DJ Buck continues, “In recent months, we’ve seen the demand for Throwbacks grow, and KS will now feed our Denver audience exactly what they’re craving — THE THROWBACKS. With this shift, we’re repositioning the station as KS107.5, #1 for Throwbacks and Today. While we’ll still play a handful of today’s biggest rhythm and hip-hop hits, our primary emphasis will be on the most popular Throwbacks from the late 1990s and early to mid-’00s.
