Air Talent Remix At WEEI
• UPDATED: Audacy Sports-Talk WEEI/Boston announced several significant talent moves, starting with the launch of a new midday show combining the talents of current afternoon co-host Adam Jones and weeknight host Rich Keefe.
The new show marks a radio reunion for Jones (left) & Keefe (right), who were previously teamed up at night for many years at rival 98.5 The Sports Hub, and their new WEEI show will be heard weekdays from 10am-2pm ET, beginning Aug. 26. They will replace the duo of Andy Gresh and former Patriots’ tight end Christian Fauria, who exit.
And there’s more — Andy Hart (left) is upped to afternoon show co-host, alongside Christian Arcand (right). Hart has been WEEI’s go-to Patriots reporter since 2019, and co-host of The 6 Rings Postgame Show. He also co-hosts Audacy’s 6 Rings and Football Things podcast and is a regular contributor to NBC Sports Boston. Former afternoon co-host Megan Ottolini remains with the station as a full-time writer, succeeding Hart, and as a fill-in on-air host.
Here is the revised WEEI weekday lineup — 6-10am: The Greg Hill Show; 10am-2pm: Jones & Keefe; 2-6pm: WEEI Afternoon Show. No new evening show has been announced.
“These exciting updates bring together a dynamic mix of talent with New England roots that will continue to deliver top-tier content to Boston’s biggest sports fans,” said Mike Thomas, SVP/Market Manager, Audacy Boston. “Adam Jones and Rich Keefe’s notable on-air styles and rapport will energize our midday show, while Andy Hart and Christian Arcand’s experience will help bolster afternoon drive. We’re looking forward to this next chapter of WEEI weekdays continuing to make WEEI the go-to destination for everything Boston sports.”
