WW1 Names Lang & Johnston
Westwood One has named veteran industry sellers Delanne Lang and Diane Johnston as Directors of National Partnerships. They will work closely with national brands and agency partners to provide strategic marketing solutions leveraging Westwood One’s portfolio of multimedia assets, award-winning content, digital audio, insights, and experiential opportunities. Lang (left) comes to Westwood One from AdLarge, where she was a National Accounts Manager for six years. She also spent five years as a National Account Manager at Premiere Networks and five years at MediaAmerica. Johnston (right) is a 30-year industry vet who joins Westwood One from Premiere Networks.
Lang is based in New York City and reports to Ron Russo, EVP, Northeast Sales, who said, “Adding an experienced pro like Delanne to our staff will have an immediate impact on our business. Delanne will play a large part in building our brand relationships and boosting revenue.”
The Detroit-based Johnston reports to Doug Johnston, EVP, Midwest Sales, who commented, “We are elated to have Diane join our team in the Midwest.
