Dave Rossi: Free Agent

• And the Cumulus cuts continue — the latest unfortunate addition to the list is veteran Rock programmer Dave Rossi, who has exited as PD of Active Rock WKSM (99Rock)/Ft. Walton Beach-Destin, FL.

Rossi relocated to sunny Florida in May 2021 from Nashville, where he had programmed iHeartMedia Classic Rock WNRQ (105.9 The Rock) and Alternative ALT 98.3 (WNRQ-HD2) until November 2020, when he was one of dozens downsized at the height of the pandemic.

Rossi’s prior programming stops include WRLT (Lightning 100)/Nashville, WWMM (Live 100.5)/Birmingham, AL, WIXV/Savannah, WIOT/Toledo, OH and two tours with WAVF (96 Wave)/Charleston, SC.
