Lee Named Interim Exec. Dir., Radio Milwaukee

• Jordan Lee, Sr. Director of Programming of Triple A WYMS (88Nine Radio Milwaukee), has been named as Interim Executive Director, following the departure of Maxie Jackson III, who had served as Executive Director since September 2022.

Management addressed Jackson’s exit in an email sent to the Milwaukee Business Journal, which reads, “Our board of directors and staff are grateful for Maxie Jackson’s contributions and service to the organization over the past two and a half years, and we wish him the very best in his future endeavors.”

Commenting on Lee’s appointment as Interim Executive Director, the email noted, “With his experience, passion, and unmatched ability to tell our story, we are confident in Jordan’s leadership to guide us smoothly through this transition while we begin the search for a permanent leader.”

Lee first joined Radio Milwaukee in 2008 as morning host, and three years later, was upped to APD, later becoming Program Director and Station Director. In January 2022, he joined Paragon, for which he had previously served as a consultant, full time. He returned to Radio Milwaukee in November 2023 as Senior Director of Programming.
