Norfolk’s Vibe Enhanced By Charles Black
• Max Media of Hampton Roads is proud to welcome veteran broadcaster and local radio icon Charles Black to the on-air line-up at WVBW (100.5 The Vibe)/Norfolk, doing afternoon drive, starting Monday, Aug. 11.
A respected name in Urban radio, and bearing over 40 years behind the microphone in Hampton Roads and in his home state of South Carolina, Black brings a deep connection with the local community, and a signature voice that listeners have loved and trusted and for decades.
“We are excited and thankful to have Charles join the Vibe line up!” said Tone Hollywood, Brand Manager and midday personality for 100.5 The Vibe. “He will be a great addition to the Vibe family and continue to entertain and engage the Hampton Roads community in the afternoon!”
