Toni Marie On The Move
• Veteran Country radio pro Toni Marie announced her impending departing from afternoon drive at Cumulus Media’s KATM (KAT Country 103)/Modesto-Stockton, CA, effective at the end of the month, followed by a move to Waco, TX. Her last day with KAT Country is this Friday, Sept. 26.
Marie tells RAMP, “Adding KAT Country 103 to my resume was a dream I had for over 20 years, and I’m grateful to [PD] Andy Winford for making that a reality and allowing me to stay as long as I have.”
Marie joined KATM in late August 2022, headed north on CA-99 from Fresno, where she was PD/afternoon talent at One Putt Classic Country KWDO (Legends 105.5). Prior Country radio stops include iHeart’s WKDF/Nashville, a decade with the legendary KUZZ/Bakersfield, Audacy’s KWJJ (99.5 The Wolf)/Portlandand iHeartMedia’s KWNR (95.5 The Bull)/Las Vegas.
