Donate To BFOA On Giving Tuesday

• Tomorrow, Dec. 2, 2025 has been designated as “Giving Tuesday,” the annual celebration of generosity across America, and the Broadcasters Foundation of America (BFOA) is seeking donations to help colleagues in need.

The BFOA is a 501(c)3 charity that provides financial aid to radio and television professionals who are struggling due to a debilitating disease or disaster. Giving Tuesday donations can be made HERE.

“Requests for aid continue to come in every week, and we have to keep up with the demand,” said Tim McCarthy, President of the Broadcasters Foundation. “We cannot turn our backs on our colleagues who have worked at their local station and are now in desperate need of our help. We ask everyone in radio and television to come together to help our colleagues.”

“Giving Tuesday is the perfect day to make a donation that will help our colleagues whose lives have been upended by tragic circumstances,” said Scott Herman, Chairman of the Broadcasters Foundation. “With the support and generosity of everyone in our industry, we can continue our charitable mission.”
