WOKQ Is Now Doll’s House

Doll is a veteran Country programmer who spent the past nine years as Brand Manager of SummitMedia’s WKHK (K95)/Richmond, VA until last October. Before that he programmed Apex Media Country WCKN (Kickin’ 92.5)/Charleston, SC, but he’s probably best known for his 16-year run at KYGO/Denver in a variety of roles, including APD/MD and Promotions Director until May 2013.
“WOKQ has been deeply rooted in The Granite State for generations of listeners, and Garret truly understands what makes this community special,” said Christine Sieks, RVP/Market President. “He has a natural ability to create local, relatable, and meaningful content… connecting local listeners, businesses, and the stories that matter most across the region.”

“WOKQ isn’t just a radio station — it’s a legacy,” said Doll. “To step into this role at a station with this kind of history is both an honor and a responsibility I don’t take lightly. I’m beyond excited to join Townsquare Media and help guide this station into its next era — one that’s fearless, fun, and focused on the community we serve every day.”
Doll’s first mission is to find himself a brilliant co-host for his new morning show. If you have the passion to entertain Country fans in a great market with the tools to win, check out the official posting and apply today. EOE.
