Executive Action: Hope Media Group

• Houston-based Hope Media Group, the ministry behind KSBJ, WayFM, Vida Unida, Worship 24/7, and Hope Nation has named Nick Skytland as Chief Impact Officer, a newly created executive leadership role designed to accelerate the ministry’s mission reach across multiple platforms.

“The addition of Nick in this key leadership role accelerates our vision for innovation and positions us well to further develop smart ways to reach more people for our mission,” said Joe Paulo, President & CEO of Hope Media Group. “I love his heart and passion for why we exist, and I know his visionary leadership will only make us stronger.”

Skytland joins Hope Media Group with over 25 years of experience driving strategy, technology, and audience engagement, most recently, as Vice President of AI at Gloo, where he directed product development, research, and platform strategy. He previously held senior executive positions at NASA.

“I’m honored to join Hope Media Group and contribute to a mission with a powerful legacy and an exciting future,” said Skytland, who starts Aug. 17. “The opportunity to help reach and form people at scale is deeply compelling to me. Throughout my career, I have been drawn to work that brings vision, technology, strategy, and people together in service of something greater. I’m excited to help Hope Media Group expand the ways media and innovation encourage people to deepen their faith and experience the hope of Jesus.”
