Elliot Grainge is named Chairman of ADA in the U.S. in addition to his current role as Chairman & CEO of Atlantic Music Group, and appoints Zach Friedman as Vice Chairman of ADA in addition to his COO role at AMG. Grainge and Friedman will continue to operate ADA as a standalone business serving the independent community.
Aaron Bay-Schuck, who has served as Co-Chairman & CEO since 2018, now becomes the sole Chairman & CEO of Warner Records Group.
Guillermo Gonzalez is promoted to President, Warner Music EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa) after six years powering standout growth at Warner Music Iberia. Andrés Rothschild will take over as President of Warner Music Iberia.
It was concurrently announced that Simon Robson will step down as President, EMEA, Recorded Music in December after nearly 30 years with the company to pursue new opportunities.
