Great Moments In Syndication
• On the heels of his recently renewed long-term contract with Premiere Networks, Coast to Coast AM host George Noory yesterday released his latest book, Mad As Hell. In this latest work, Noory shares why his passion for our country’s welfare has him enraged and concerned about its future, and how we can work together to bring about positive change.
“We live in a dangerous world that is sorely in need of an effective political system,” said Noory, who has authored several books of nonfiction, including Worker in the Light, Journey to the Light and Talking to the Dead, as well as a thriller, Night Talk. “I hope this book will inspire and encourage people to pull together as a society, and put in the hard work it will take to bring back the America that makes us proud.” For more information about Mad As Hell, please visit CoasttoCoastAM.com.
• Ace, the beloved co-host of the syndicated Ace & TJ Show is about to live out his childhood dream of jumping over multiple cars while riding a motorcycle. This Evel Knievel-style jump will take place this Friday, June 30 at Iron Horse Motorcycles in Monroe, NC, a short hop from the show’s home base at iHeartMedia’s WHQC (Channel 96.1)/Charlotte.
Temporarily putting aside his concerns, at least publically, Ace’s longtime partner TJ commented, “Let’s face it, everyone in our organization is nervous about it, but very excited both for Ace to live out this dream and in all probability make radio history.” Everyone in the area is invited to come out and watch this spectacle as Ace & TJ broadcast live from the Iron Horse. Can’t be there? No problem — the event will also video-stream via Facebook @ The Ace & TJ Show.
Now in its 18th year of syndication, The Ace & TJ Show is distributed by The Radio Button Network to The “South” Eastern seaboard, including Charlotte, Columbia, SC, Greenville North and South Carolina, Birmingham, AL and many more. For more info, email Adam Goodman at ALG@RadioButtonNetwork.com.
