WSBA Gets An FM Boost

Cumulus News-Talk WSBA (NewsRadio 910)/York, PA increased its reach with yesterday’s activation of an FM translator at 93.9. The big moment happened yesterday at 8:07am during the WSBA Morning News with Gary Sutton. The station will henceforth be known as NewsTalk 93.9 & 910 WSBA.

Couple of fun facts: 1) WSBA, your local home for Penn State football, the Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens first began broadcasting on September 1, 1942 and is celebrating its 75th anniversary on Sept. 1. 2) WSBA was the flagship station of Susquehanna Radio Corporation, owned by the Appell Family in York, until 2005 when it was purchased by Cumulus Media.
