A FAB Honor For Beasley & Blaylock

• The Florida Association of Broadcasters (FAB) will honor two of the state’s most accomplished broadcasting leaders — Caroline Beasley, CEO of Beasley Media Group, and Jeannie Blaylock, Anchor of First Coast News for 40 years on Nexstar’s WTLV & WJXX/Jacksonville as the 2026 inductees into the Florida Broadcasters Hall of Fame. They will be honored during the 2026 Florida Broadcasters Hall of Fame Gala and Awards Ceremony on Thursday, June 18 at The Breakers Palm Beach.

“Caroline Beasley and Jeannie Blaylock represent the very best of Florida broadcasting,” said Pat Roberts, President & CEO of the Florida Association of Broadcasters. “Their careers reflect exceptional leadership, professionalism, and a deep commitment to serving their communities. We are proud to recognize their extraordinary contributions and to celebrate the lasting impact they have had on broadcasting in our state.”

The Florida Broadcasters Hall of Fame recognizes individuals whose careers have left a lasting mark on Florida’s radio and television industry. Inductees are selected based on a distinguished professional career directly tied to Florida, and at least 25 years of service to broadcasting. Honorees represent the highest standards of integrity, leadership, innovation, achievement, and service to the industry.

Hall of Fame inductees were selected from nominations submitted by current and former employees of FAB member stations. Final honorees were reviewed and chosen by the Florida Broadcasters Hall of Fame Selection Committee, representing Florida’s broadcast industry.
