Field To Be Honored At Radio Show
David Field, President & CEO of Entercom Communications Corporation, will receive the prestigious National Radio Award, which will be presented to him during the Radio Luncheon on Wednesday, September 6. The 2017 Radio Show, produced by the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) and the Radio Advertising Bureau (RAB), will be held September 5-8 in Austin.
“David’s passion for radio and business savvy have led Entercom to new heights,” said NAB EVP of Radio John David. “We look forward to recognizing him for his continuous dedication and significant contributions to the business.”
Entercom is currently the fourth-largest radio broadcasting company in the United States, and will soon leap into the No. 2 spot when its pending mega-merger with CBS Radio goes into effect, giving Entercom 240 stations and roughly $1.6 billion in revenues.
