Marconi Window Now Open!

Feel that cool breeze? That means the annual window is officially open and the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) is now accepting nominations for the 2017 NAB Marconi Radio Awards until Wednesday, May 31. The Marconi Radio Awards recognize overall excellence and performance in radio. Stations and on-air personalities may nominate themselves in the categories of “Station of the Year” by market size, “Station of the Year” by format, “Noncommercial Station of the Year,” “Personality of the Year” by market size” and “Legendary Station.”

Syndicators and affiliates may also submit nominations for the category of “Network/Syndicated Personality of the Year.” Nominations must be submitted online at judgify.me/marconis. Entry rules are posted online. Remember, the entry window slams shut at 5pm ET on May 31. Finalists will be announced in July. The winners will be announced on September 7, during the NAB Marconi Radio Awards Dinner & Show at the Radio Show, produced by NAB and the Radio Advertising Bureau, held in Austin from September 5-8.
