Radio HOF Voting Starts June 4

• Public voting for the National Radio Hall of Fame starts June 4 and runs through June 18. Two of the six categories will be voted on by the public — the nominees for Music Format On-Air Personality are Ellen K, Kid Kelly, Angie Martinez and John Tesh. To vote for Ellen K, text 100; for Kid Kelly, text 200; for Angie Martinez, text 300 and for John Tesh, text 400.

Nominees for Spoken Word Format On-Air Personality are Mark Levin, Joe Madison, George Noory and Jim Rome. To vote for Mark Levin, text 500; for Joe Madison, text 600; for George Noory, text 700 and for Jim Rome, text 800.

From 6am ET June 4, until 11:59pm ET June 18, fans can vote for one personality in each category online at radiovote.com or via text to 96000. Message and data rates may apply.

Kraig Kitchin, Chairman of the National Radio Hall of Fame says, “Since reinstituting the nationwide public vote in 2015, we’ve seen a tremendous increase in listener participation which is a testament to the remarkable relationship each nominee has with his or her audience.”

There are four other categories also being voted on by a panel of nearly 1,000 industry professionals. That list is posted at nationalradiohalloffame.com. The winners in all six categories will be announced on June 25, and the induction ceremony takes place Nov. 15 at Guastavino’s in New York.
