The ‘Award-Winning’ Stan Bennett

• We want to extend our congratulations to Maine broadcasting icon Stan Bennett, who was honored by the Maine Association of Broadcasters last Saturday when he was presented with the prestigious “Broadcasting Achievement Award.”

Bennett has been a fixture in Maine radio since the age of 15, and is currently Operations Manager of Binnie Media’s Maine properties. He’s also done morning drive for many years on Classic Hits WFNK (107.5 Frank FM)/Portland, ME.

Binnie Media EVP Massimo Rosati said of Bennett, “Stan is one of the most dedicated, hardworking employees I have had the pleasure of working with.” Binnie Media VP of Programming Scott Laudani commented, “Stan is a great leader, focused on delivering the best possible radio to listeners daily.” Bennett’s proud family and the Binnie Media staff were all on hand to watch Stan receive his major award.
